WeLearnByDoing company needed to develop a company brand that reflected a playful, but trusting web interface. The site needed to feature not only an ecommerce website platform (built using woocomerce tools), but one that allows the user to intuitively navigate through the site to discover music selections – on both the desktop and mobile versions.
Conduct User Research, implementing user in-person and remote interviews – Redid the Information Architecture of the site – Conducted ‘reverse card sorting’ (tree testing on the OptimalWorkshop platform) to evaluate the findability of categories in a website and mobile devices – Provided multiple wireframe and prototypes through the UI ideation stage – Organized and led Usability Tests and revisited user research to make adjustments – Deployment with WordPress of the hi-fidelity prototypes.
The site is fully responsive, highly secure, and has a user-focused platform, which allows the visitor to intuitively view the products and make a purchase, with minimal effort. The site boasts a simplistic UI—complete with sleek tile layouts and streamlined navigation—highlighting the most relevant and popular products. Users can scroll through music clip selections and quickly identify a product of interest.
